• Former Prosecutor for Bexar County District Attorney's Office
• Current Special Prosecutor for Medina, Uvalde,and Real counties District Attorney's Office
• Have tried over 100 criminal cases
• Have handled over 50 state and federal appeals combined including oral argument with successful results before The Fourth Court of Appeals,The Court of Criminal Appeals and The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans, Louisiana
• Lead attorney cited in numerous published opinions
• Frequent Lecturer at CLE's across Texas speaking on topics that include significant cases for criminal lawyers and case law updates from Texas courts. Most recently lectured at the San Antonio Bar Association's Criminal Law Institute and at the Hildalgo County Bar Association's Annual Criminal Law Seminar.
